On this two day course you will discover: What hypnosis is, and why it is useful The relationship between your conscious and unconscious mind The mind-body connection, and why it is important Techniques for hypnosis, self-hypnosis and mindfulness How hypnosis can be used to assist relaxation and increase calm How to use language to induce trance. Course fee £390.00, to include course manual, relaxation CD, light buffet lunch and refreshments. This fee is deductible from the cost of attending our Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, should you decide to undertake further study following this course.
