Part-time Performer Dentist required for 2-2.5 days per week (must include a Wednesday) in a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Goldstone, Shropshire. 3500 UDAs at £11.50 per UDA plus 50% split on private and labs. Existing, well maintained patient list. Fully computerised, digital x-rays, rotary endo, hygienist, full support team. Hours are 9am-5pm. 30 minutes from Stoke on Trent. 40 minutes from Crewe and Shrewsbury. 45 minutes from Wolverhampton. Available now, start date negotiable.

- LAT confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep B, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
