Full Or Part time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days (flexible) in a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Stanfield, Staffordshire. 3000-9000 UDAs at £10.50-£12 per UDA depending on experience plus 50% split on private. 50% labs. Fully computerised, digital xrays, rotary endo, and full support team. Hours are 8.30am-5.30pm. Existing well maintained list. 15 minutes to Stoke, 30 minutes to Crewe. Available now, start date negotiable.

- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep B, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
