Full Or Part time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days (flexible) in a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Wigan, Greater Manchester. 3000-6500 UDAs at £11 per UDA depending on experience plus 50% split on private. 50% labs. Fully computerised, digital xrays, rotary endo, hygienist/therapist and full support team. Existing well maintained list. 40 minutes to Liverpool, 45 minutes to Manchester, Available now, start date negotiable.

- LAT confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep B, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced CRB (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
