Part or full time VT trainer/Performer dentist required for 3-5 days in a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near New Earswick, York. 3600-7000 UDAs at £11.50-£12 per UDA depending on experience plus 50% excellent private potential. Ideally you will already be registered as a VT Trainer. 50% labs. Existing, well maintained list. Fully computerised, digital xrays, rotary endo, air conditioned surgeries, hygienist, full support team. 20 minutes to York town centre. Start date March-August 2019, must be VT registered by March 2019.

- Full NHS Performer Number
- LAT confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep B, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced CRB (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
