Locum required from November working full or part-time (3-4 days considered Monday - Friday) for a 4 surgery Mixed, INDEPENDENTLY owned practice close to Barnsley, South Yorkshire on an ongoing basis. Locum to perm option available, practice is fully computerised, Digital X-rays & close to the train station. 40 mins to Leeds.

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- LAT confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep B, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced CRB (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
