Full or Part-time Locum Dentist required ASAP for 2-5 days per week ANY DAYS MONDAY - FRIDAY AVAILABLE) in a busy, well established, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED, mixed practice near Ipswich, Suffolk. Existing, well maintained patient list. Fully computerised surgeries, digital x-rays, OPG, hygienist and full support team. 45 minutes from Bury St Edmunds. 40 minutes from Colchester.

Compliance requirements:

- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep B, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
