Full or part-time Locum Dentist required for IMMEDIATE START working 2-5 days in a busy mixed, well-established, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED PRACTICE near Hollinwood, Greater Manchester. Existing, well maintained patient list plus some new patients. Fully computerised, digital x-rays, rotary endo, hygienist/therapist, full support team. 15 minutes from Manchester.

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- LAT confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep B, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced CRB (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)

- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
