Full or part-time Locum required for immediate start on an ongoing basis, flexible on days (Monday - Saturday available) hours 08.30am - 5.30pm in a busy, mixed, well-established practice close to Ashton, Peterborough. Fully computerised, digital x-rays and full support team.Up to 7000 UDAs available. 25 minutes from Peterborough. 25 minutes from Kettering.

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- LAT confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep B, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced CRB (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
