Locum required for immediate start working 4-5 months part-time 3-4 days per week TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY in a large, very well-established practice in the Worthing coast area. Practice is fully computerised with digital x-rays, intra oral camera, OPG, Microscope, Rotary Endo, capsulated materials (GIC etc) and has a Lab on site. Excellent private potential. Full support staff including Hygienist/Therapist, parking nearby and within walking distance of a train station.

- LAT confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep B, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
