Maternity Locum required from mid-October on an ongoing basis for anywhere from 3-6 months (Locum to Permanent opportunity also available) working 3-5 days per week in an established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice with excellent private potential (invisalign, cosmetic and aesthetics). Surgery is computerised with digital x-rays, rotary endo and experienced support staff including qualified nurses.

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- LAT confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep B, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced CRB (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
